- Order information: app name, app link (e.g. Play test URL), package name, whether the app is paid, promo codes, questionnaire help, and notes you submit when creating an order.
- Chat messages: text messages and any images, videos or files that you send through the in-app chat.
- Payment proof: when you use offline methods such as Binance, Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank transfer, you may upload a screenshot or reference as proof of payment.
- Ratings and feedback: ratings and reviews you provide when accepting a delivery.
1.2 Information collected automatically
We automatically collect certain technical information when you use the App, such as:
- Device information: device model, operating system version, and anonymous identifiers that help us troubleshoot issues and secure the service.
- Log data: basic diagnostic data such as IP address, timestamps, and error logs when the App encounters a problem.
- Notification token: a Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token so we can send you order updates and message notifications, if enabled.

The App uses third-party libraries and services such as:
- Firebase Cloud Messaging (push notifications)
- Google Play In-App Review (to request Play Store ratings inside the app)
- Image loading libraries such as Glide and Picasso (to display images efficiently)

2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information described above to:
- Create and manage your user account.
- Allow you to view gig packages and create app testing orders.
- Enable in-app chat between you and the admin/tester.
- Process and verify offline payments (using the payment details and screenshots you provide).
- Manage your wallet balance, credits and debits.
- Apply and validate coupon codes.
- Send you notifications about order status, messages and deliveries.
- Improve the App, debug issues and protect against fraud or abuse.

3. Payments
The App currently supports offline payment methods such as Binance, Easypaisa, JazzCash and bank transfer. You send the payment using your chosen service and then upload a screenshot or reference for manual verification.
We do not store or process your card numbers or full banking credentials inside the App. Any payment details you enter are handled by the external provider (e.g. your bank, Binance, etc.) under their own terms and privacy policies.
If Google Play billing is used in the future, purchases made through Google Play will be processed by Google as the payment processor, and their terms and privacy policy will apply to that part of the transaction.
4. Legal Basis
We process your information based on:
- Performance of a contract (providing the app testing service you request),
- Our legitimate interests (improving and securing the App), and
- Your consent, where required (for example, for optional notifications).
6. Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as it is necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Chat history and order records may be retained as proof of work and communication.
